These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Clawspace's order-tracking pages and account features (the "Service"), operated by Shy's Alley ("we", "us"). By signing in or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
Who this is for
Parts of the Service (product and stock management, order processing) are restricted to authorized staff. Other parts — order tracking, claiming an order to your account, "My Orders", and saved characters — are available to any customer who signs in with Google.
Accounts
You sign in using Google Sign-In. You're responsible for keeping your Google account secure — anyone who can sign into it can access whatever's linked to your account here (order history, phone number, saved characters). Let us know if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
Orders, quotes, and payment
- Orders placed through us are subject to product availability and staff confirmation — placing an order is not a guarantee it will be fulfilled at the stated price or timeline.
- Some orders are custom or require a quote before a final price is set; pricing and stock levels shown in the app can change until an order is confirmed.
- Deposits and partial payments are applied toward the final order total. Refund and cancellation requests are handled case-by-case — contact us using the details below.
- SMS order updates are sent only if you provide a phone number, and only regarding your own order.
Your content
If you upload reference images or descriptions (for an order, or as a saved "character" on your account), you confirm you have the right to share them and grant us permission to use them solely to fulfill your order. You can delete your saved characters and their images at any time from your account page.
Acceptable use
Don't use the Service to submit unlawful, infringing, or abusive content, attempt to access accounts or data that aren't yours, or interfere with the normal operation of the Service.
Availability and disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is". We don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we don't guarantee the availability of any specific product or stock level shown in the app.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Shy's Alley is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes to these Terms
If we change these Terms, we'll update this page and the "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
